Applying to adopt a Welsh Terrier

If you would like to be considered for the adoption a Welsh Terrier through WTCARES - please
check out the following options:

1. Contact the WTCARES committee member closest to you to discuss the possibilities of an adoption.

2. Complete an application and submit it online via e-mail to a WTCARES volunteer of your choice.
    

3. Download and fill in this Adobe Acrobat copy of our application form.   You can mail it to one of our
   WTCARES volunteers.
